Detail construction drawings (dry wall partitioning layouts etc)
Detail electrical layout for offices
Detail data and telephone layouts
Detail drawing up of AC services together with mechanical engineer
Detail ceiling services and bulkheads
Detail waste and water plans for new plumbing
Fire evacuation and equipment plans
Furniture design and detail shop fitted drawings
Interior Decorating services such as curtains, pictures etc
Presentation of finishes and colour co-ordination – sample boards
Setting up schedule of finishes
Adherence to Occupation Health and Safety Regulations, SANS 0400 and any other council by laws
Council submissions and approval (under a SACAP registered professional)
Budgeted costs for structural changes and furniture
Rational fire designs and fire plans for submission to the Fire Marshall (in conjunction with Fire Consultant)
Obtaining COC's and Occupation Certificates from Council
